All Plans For Vendors

Our business vendor program has three levels: Free, Supporting, and Premium. Each tier has a price point and different abilities in the community.

Free: A community member can have a unique profile denoting that they have a business. This level also has a listing by name in the Business Directory. The member may add information about their business in their “About” sections. A Free account can not create or respond to posts in a commercial/business capacity. They may not have a signature including their business or links to that business. They also should not have a business-linked name or avatar, as that is considered to be promotional for the business.

Supporting: This level is paid (monthly/yearly) and does have a Business Directory listing that links to their Business Profile. They have a vendor badge and specialized posting privileges.

They can engage in meaningful discussions with members while promoting their businesses.

Additionally, they can set up Keyword Alerts to receive notifications when specific keywords are used, which will allow for quick action if necessary (up to 3 Keyword Alerts)

Supporting Vendors are expected to abide by the Vendor Rules and Guidelines that can be found easily in the FAQ by any community member.

Premium: Premium placement in the Business Directory Listings. They get their dedicated Business Forum that acts as a virtual storefront. They can organize any posts within their dedicated Business Forum with Moderation privileges for that section only. Additionally, they can set up Keyword Alerts to receive notifications when specific keywords are used, allowing quick action if necessary (up to 5 Keyword Alerts).  The Premium Vendor can add up to 2 team members to their account as child accounts.

Since both Supporting and Premium level business accounts do support the community, they can have a business-related name and avatar if they choose.

*Prices do vary by community based on specific metrics.
